- The Best Price Guarantee is only valid for competitors within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). All (online) stores outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg are excluded. However, it must always be stated as a condition that the shipment can be delivered in the Netherlands.
- To qualify, the product must have the exact same size, color, and type or serial number as with us.
- The fitness equipment or accessory must be in new condition, in stock, and available from the alternative supplier in the original sealed factory packaging.
- The item must be sold by the alternative supplier itself and not by a third-party seller.
- The item must be clearly priced in the store or on the webshop of the alternative supplier.
- The product must be offered under the same conditions.
- Special discount promotions such as “No VAT” are not covered by the guarantee.
- The delivery conditions of the product must be identical to ours (such as delivery in box or including delivery and installation by technicians (ground floor/floor)).
