Warranty & Repair

All our products are covered by a legal warranty. This means that a product must do what you, as a user, can reasonably expect from it.

Sometimes a product may break or no longer function as expected within the warranty period. For this, we offer warranty and repair services so you can quickly get back to working on improving your health.

For warranty claims, simply fill out our warranty form. This allows us to quickly assess your claim and offer a suitable solution.

All our fitness equipment is covered by a legal warranty. New fitness equipment comes with a supplier warranty. This is often around 2 years, but some fitness brands offer warranties of 3 years, 5 years, or even up to 10 years. It is also possible that the supplier offers different warranties for different parts. For all our new fitness equipment, we specify which warranties apply.

Yes, of course, equipment that we sell as used or refurbished is thoroughly checked by our own specialists, and parts are replaced where necessary.

Depending on the equipment, you can have a 6-month, 1-year, or 2-year warranty. This varies by device and is always indicated in the product information for the device.

The warranty you have on your fitness equipment is provided by Fitnessgear24. If there is an issue, our specialized technicians will come to resolve the problem on-site, if possible. If, after diagnosis, the technicians determine that the issue cannot be fixed on-site, it may be necessary for us to take the equipment to our workshop.

If your fitness equipment broke during training or isn't working quite as smoothly as it should, you can always contact our customer service so we can see if we can resolve the issue for you.

Note that we can only repair and/or inspect fitness equipment that is part of our collection and has been purchased from us. If something is defective, you can always contact our customer service so we can see if we can resolve the issue.

Note, we only provide service for brands that we sell. For other brands, we cannot order parts and unfortunately do not have the technical expertise.

What do we need from you to assist you properly?

You can send us an email or contact us by phone. For defects or malfunctions, email is preferred.

In your email, describe the defect or malfunction as clearly as possible. For example, if a cable on your strength equipment is worn or broken, a short description with a photo may be enough. If the issue is more complex, such as a ticking or rattling noise from your spinning bike or treadmill, try to describe the problem as clearly as possible—when do you hear the noise, does it happen if you set the machine to a different mode, what exercise are you doing, etc. You can also attach photos and/or videos. This helps us diagnose the problem faster and provide a solution.

If you've made a video or have multiple photos, it's possible that the video or photos are too large to send directly via email. Therefore, you can (for free) use WeTransfer to send your videos and/or photos to us.

If your fitness equipment broke outside of the warranty period, we may still be able to help you repair your fitness device in some cases.

Keep in mind that outside the warranty period, travel costs, hourly rates, and part costs may apply. For repairs outside the warranty period and a cost estimate, it's best to contact our customer service.

The invoice you received from us is the official warranty certificate. You can find the invoice in the attachment of your order confirmation. If you can't find your invoice or no longer have it, you can also contact customer service.

Small products that you want to return can be easily sent back via parcel post. Make sure to return the products in their original packaging to prevent damage.

If returning via parcel post isn't possible, we will arrange a delivery or courier service to pick it up. Ensure that everything is well protected and that fragile parts are properly wrapped with protective material.

There are different types of fitness equipment with corresponding warranties to consider. It is important to keep this in mind when purchasing your new fitness equipment.

Home Fitness
Fitness equipment for home use is used less intensively than equipment in gyms or physiotherapy centers. Therefore, these devices are often less equipped.

Semi-Professional
This fitness equipment is suitable for home use as well as semi-commercial use, such as in physiotherapy centers and personal training studios.

Professional Fitness Equipment

This is the heaviest fitness equipment on the market. These types of devices are often used by gyms or hotels.

For each piece of fitness equipment, we indicate what it is suitable for. For example, if you use home fitness equipment in a gym, it is likely to wear out more quickly. It is important to pay attention to the intended use of the equipment when making your choice. If you use home fitness equipment in a professional environment and it breaks down, there is a high chance that the brand will not provide a warranty.

What is covered under the warranty depends on the usage and the fitness brand. Some brands offer different warranties on different parts. For example, a brand may offer a 5-year warranty on parts and a 10-year warranty on the frame for home use.

This depends on the situation. Sometimes it is possible to resolve the issue on the same day, but there may be times when we need more time to identify the problem. It is also possible that we need replacement parts. These parts are usually in stock with our distributors. If a particular part is not in stock, we, together with the distributor, will do everything we can to make the necessary part available as soon as possible in order to schedule the repair.

If your fitness equipment shows a defect or malfunction, first contact our customer service. Depending on the issue, we can send specialized technicians or a technician from the respective brand. You never have to bring your fitness equipment to us. That saves you from carrying it around.
