Returns & Exchanges
Despite the high-quality products we offer, it may sometimes happen that the product you ordered does not fully meet your expectations. You can then return the desired products or exchange them for a replacement product. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution so you can continue your workout.
As a consumer, when you place an order by phone or through our webshop, you have a 30-day reflection period starting from the day you receive your order. You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without providing any reason. Once the 30-day period has passed, you will become the permanent owner of the ordered products.
Return of small, light products
If you would like to return a product or your order, make sure that these products are unused, undamaged, and sealed if applicable.
Depending on the type of product, you can follow the steps below:
- Follow the instructions listed on the packing slip, including: Indicate on the packing slip whether you want to exchange a specific product or receive a refund. If you're exchanging, specify the product you want to receive. You will find a return address label in the shipping box, which you can attach to the box. Please note that the return shipment must still be properly stamped.
- If you want to formally notify us, you may do so with a clear statement (e.g., in writing, by email, or by post) that you wish to revoke the contract.
- You can use our cancellation form or the European model cancellation form. You are not obligated to use either of these forms. An email or marking it on the packing slip is also sufficient. To comply with the cancellation period, it is enough to send your notification before the cancellation period expires. You can print the form and include it with your return, or fill it out digitally and email it to [email protected].
- Have you gathered all the products you wish to return? Make sure they are well packaged (preferably in the original packaging). If you no longer have the shipping box or it is damaged, you can use another clean box.
- Returns can be sent to the following address: Triathlon24.nl, Brabantstraat 16, 5408 PS, Volkel, Netherlands. You can use the address label provided with your order, so you don't need to print a return label yourself. However, please make sure you properly stamp the package at the post office. Return costs are at your own expense. Always keep the shipping receipt and make sure the products are well packed so they don't shift or break during transit.
Do not send packages with cash on delivery, as we do not accept them.
Return of larger or heavier products and associated costs
For packages weighing more than 30kg, which cannot be returned via regular postal service due to their nature, the shipping costs are estimated to be a maximum of €150 (depending on weight, volume, and location). For products that cannot be returned by regular transport, pickup costs will be charged according to the transportation and hourly rates.
Once we have received your return in good order, we will immediately process it.
Would you prefer to bring the return to us yourself? That's also possible. Just make sure it is well protected from shipping damage.
When you cancel your order, you will receive all payments you have made, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our offered cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay, and in any case, not later than 30 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the contract.
If you only want to return part of your order, the delivery charges will not be refunded. We will always refund you using the same payment method you used for the transaction. No costs will be charged for such refunds.
Note that Fitnessgear24 is not responsible for any damage or loss of your return shipment to Fitnessgear24. Therefore, always keep the shipping receipt for your return. You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We may wait to refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the products without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 30 days after you have decided to cancel the contract.
You are considered to be in time when returning the goods if you send them before the 30-day period has expired. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
As a consumer, you always have a 30-day reflection period with us. The reflection period begins on the day you receive your order. During this period, you may inspect and assess the products (but not use them). If, within the 30-day reflection period, you wish to return certain products or your entire order, that is possible. A return must be reported to us no later than the 30th day after receipt. You can notify us of a return by filling out the cancellation form or sending an email. If you notify us of your return on the 30th day after receipt, you will have up to 7 days from that 30th day to return the package. After this time, you will be the permanent owner of your order.
If the package weighs more than 30kg or is large in size, making it impossible to return it via regular postal services, the shipping costs will be estimated at a maximum of €150 (depending on the weight and your location). Exceptions apply to products that cannot be returned by regular transport (such as assembled fitness equipment), for which pickup costs will be calculated based on travel and hourly rates.
Business orders are excluded from the right of cancellation.
If you wish to return your entire order or part of it, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
Small products can often be returned via a postal agency such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, or DPD. For the most current rates, we recommend always checking the website of the relevant shipping company.
Do you want to return fitness equipment?
If you ordered fitness equipment such as a power station, cross trainer, treadmill, etc., we can accept a return under certain conditions.
- The fitness equipment must be unused.
- It must be undamaged.
- The equipment must be complete, meaning all screws, bolts, and accessories must be included.
If your fitness equipment was delivered in a box, it is important to place it back in the box as securely as possible to protect it during handling and transport.
If you purchased fitness equipment from us with delivery and installation by our own installation team, it will also be picked up by our installation team. Our technicians will come to collect the fitness equipment. Please note that travel costs and an hourly rate will be charged. You can contact our planning department for a cost estimate.
Keep in mind that installation costs cannot be refunded.
You can also choose to return the fitness equipment yourself to our store in Volkel, in which case the pickup costs will be waived.
A label for your package (less than 23 kg) can be purchased online at PostNL or through one of the PostNL service points. Often, there is a PostNL service point near you. You can also return your package via another postal agency such as DHL, UPS, or DPD.
If you live near one of our stores or are in the area, you can also return your item to our warehouse in Volkel, Netherlands. For a quick and smooth process, we kindly ask you to bring a copy of your invoice. If you would like to exchange the returned products for something else, it is best to place a new order. If it is only a return, we will refund the appropriate amount in the same way as the original payment method.
Did you drop off your package to be returned at a postal agency? Always ask for a tracking code. You can use the tracking website to check if your package has been delivered to us. Once your package has arrived and been processed at our warehouse, you will always be notified by us.
If the return has been delayed and has not yet been delivered to our warehouse by the postal agency, it is best to contact the relevant party. As the sender, you have all the information that the postal agency needs.
To return an item to us, it must meet the following conditions:
- Within the 30-day reflection period
- The products must be unused and undamaged.
- Please return the products with the original packaging, if possible.
If the return does not meet the above conditions, we may be forced to charge a depreciation fee.
The depreciation of the product may arise due to:
- Not returned in the original packaging. (or heavily damaged packaging).
- The product itself is damaged.
- The product is incomplete upon return.
- The product has been used at home (trying out is allowed, but using is not).
The best and easiest way is to return your items in the same box or shipping bag that your order arrived in. If the shipping box or bag is damaged, or if you've already disposed of it with the recycling or in a plastic bag, you can use another clean box. Make sure that the items you are returning are properly packed so that they do not shift or break. If necessary, you can fill the box with extra packing material. With every order, we include a return address label. This means you don't need to print a label yourself. Just stick it on the closed box and make sure it is properly stamped at the nearest post office.
Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if they may affect health protection or hygiene, and if the seal has been broken after delivery. Food items that may spoil within the reflection period or whose seal has been broken unfortunately cannot be returned.
Once your return is received by us, it will generally be processed within 1 to 3 business days. If your return meets our return conditions, we will complete the return and refund the appropriate amount to you.
If you would like to return the ordered product and exchange it for something else, that's possible. You can indicate on the packing slip which product you would like in exchange. Or you can contact our customer service so they can assist you further.
If the product is more expensive than the current one, the difference must first be paid. Once paid, we will immediately send the desired product. If the exchanged product is cheaper, we will refund the difference within a few business days and send the desired product as soon as we receive your return.
Although we pack our packages with great care, occasionally something may go wrong. If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Indicate which product you received and which product you should have received. This way, we can assist you more quickly and send the correct product. Of course, you can return the incorrectly delivered product to us free of charge.

The easiest way is to use the address label provided. Please note that you still need to ensure the package is properly stamped at the post office.
Do you live or reside abroad? You can also send your return to us. A return from abroad works the same way as a domestic shipment. Always ask for a tracking code at the post office.
As long as you haven't returned anything to us yet, you can simply keep the desired products. If your package is already in the shipping process, unfortunately, you can no longer retrieve it.
If you, as a private consumer (not applicable to business customers), have placed an order with us by telephone or via our website, but have not yet received the relevant product or service, you may cancel the agreement at any time. You can do so by sending an e-mail to: [email protected], after which we will confirm your cancellation within 2 working days.
If you, as a private consumer (not applicable to business customers), have placed an order with us by telephone or via our website, you have a cooling-off period of 30 days after receiving your order. During these 30 days after receipt of the item, or after concluding an agreement relating to the provision of a service, you may cancel the agreement without stating reasons.
You must return the product to us, with sufficient postage paid. The parcel must be properly packaged and must include proof of purchase.
We would appreciate it if you would indicate the reason for the return shipment; however, this is entirely voluntary and not required.
You may only do what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. This means keeping the packaging as close to its original condition as possible and ensuring the product remains undamaged. If the product has been damaged, we may charge costs for the reduction in value.
We will refund the full purchase amount and the outbound shipping costs you paid (if charged by us) as soon as possible, but within the statutory period of 14 days after cancellation, by crediting you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You are only obliged to pay any costs for an installation/assembly service up to the moment of cancellation
We recommend that you use our return procedure, but you may also use the European withdrawal form.

As soon as we have received your letter, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. You will receive a final answer within seven working days after the acknowledgement of receipt.
