The Blackroll Stretch Band resistance band is ideal for improving mobility and restoring natural muscle tension, thanks to skin-friendly material and built-in loops.
This band is designed for muscle length training, where entire muscle and fascia chains are put under tension, leading to muscle length growth and flexibility.
Unlike traditional stretching, this workout provides static strength improvements in the end positions of joints.
