The Body-Solid Bar attachment connects the 2 weight stacks of the GDCC equipment.
With the bar attachment you can make full use of the functional training centers.
By connecting the 2 weight stacks it is possible to perform a series of new flexible unilateral exercises.
For example, perform efficient pressing exercises for the chest, arm muscles and shoulders.
The bar attachment is suitable for the GDCC200 and GDCC210.
