The Best Fitness Olympic Olympic weight stationis an excellent starting point for a balanced training.
The weight bench can be used in a flat and incline position. You can use 180 cm and 210 cm barbells without any problem.
The included leg trainer can only be used with standard 30 mm weight plates. An adapter for conversion to Olympic plates is optional.

This Body-Solid (Best Fitness) Olympic Bench is ideal for exercises with barbells and/or dumbbells. A handy system with a pop-pin ensures that you can adjust the backrest in multiple positions so that your safety is always guaranteed. No matter what size you are, you will always find the ideal position.
A major advantage is the limited space this sofa takes up, it fits in any space you want to use. But the biggest advantage is the handy storage system. When you have finished training you can simply leave the bench there, but it is also possible to fold the bench and store it easily.
