The sturdy construction of the Body Solid Cable Crossover GCCO150 with the extra wide and high base frame provides you with easy access to the equipment with an endless number of different exercises via the high or low pulley.
The frame is 5 cm x 5 cm thick and therefore extremely durable and extremely stable. The number of options within your training becomes endless once you invest in one of the most versatile and functional cable crossovers on the market. The professional system that transfers the resistance of the Body Solid GCCO150 cable crossover uses the patented Body Solid pulleys with ball bearings.
The pulleys can be rotated 180 degrees in a smooth manner. This cable crossover is supplied with two weight stacks of 75 kg. each. These weight stacks are also equipped with two additional options for placing weight plates on each side. This allows you to carry an additional 90 kg. placing extra weight on each side.
These options are suitable for 30 mm weight plates as standard. If you want to use 50 mm weight plates, you can use the OAS14 adapter sleeves (two per side). The Body Solid GCCO150 cable crossover is equipped with two pulleys with ten different heights for an endless number of possible cable exercises.
This device is built for lifelong use and therefore also comes with a lifetime warranty. This cable crossover with weight stacks is a dynamic addition to any fitness room and comes standard with 2 handles and 1 ankle strap.
