Description
You can develop large, massive biceps and triceps with the Body-Solid GCBT380. This double-sided device has an adjustable seat for the correct position of your body during training.
Place your arms on the thick, comfortable cushion and train both the biceps and triceps as you would at the gym. The angle of 30° ensures the correct anatomical position of your body and the very strong frame of no less than 5 x 10 cm thick makes the Body-Solid GCBT380 the right training partner for training the arms.
Adjust the safety pin to get the lifting arm in the right position and start with a heavy set of preacher curls. Then remain seated and adjust the pin for an equally difficult triceps pressdown exercise. With the GCBT380 you get two devices for the price of one.
This equipment is suitable for 30 mm weight plates. In the photo you see the device including OAS14 - Olympic adapter sleeve. This allows you to use 50 mm weight plates. Weight plates, locking springs and the adapter are optionally available.
