Description
Leg workouts have never been as fast and efficient as with the Body-Solid GCEC340 Cam Series Leg Extension & Leg Curl. The two most important exercises to train the legs can now be performed from one comfortable position.
The fully adjustable CAM adjustment option made of solid steel will delight every user. Simply pull the large safety pin and adjust the arm to a comfortable starting position. Sit down and place your legs on the 20 cm wide rollers. Press the arm down to train the hamstrings. Pull the safety pin again and adjust the arm so that your legs can be placed under the rollers to train your quadriceps using seated leg extensions.
This equipment is suitable for 30 mm weight plates. In the photo you see the device including OAS14 Olympic adapter sleeve. This allows you to use 50 mm weight plates. Weight plates, locking springs and the adapter are optionally available.
