TheBody-Solid Flat incline decline weight bench is specially designed with a short base frame so that it fits perfectly in every Smith Machine, Power Rack and Multi-Pres Rack on the market.
For example, perform incline and shoulder press perfectly in your own power rack.
The improved design features a quick, easy, solid and secure ladder adjustment option, allowing the backrest to be adjusted to 6 different positions.
The seat of the weight bench is adjustable in 8 different positions and allows every user to do sit-ups, ab crunches with support of the lower back muscles.
The Flat incline decline weight weight benchis supplied with foot cushions (removable) and thick DuraFirm upholstery.
