Due to the quickly adjustable safety pin, the Body-Solid Heavy Duty Flat Incline Weight Bench has multiple incline angles from flat to an angle of exactly 90 degrees.
Both the back and seat cushions are reinforced with steel beams that also serve as an adjustment option.
This addition makes the weight bench perfect for a wide range of barbell and dumbbell exercises.
