Description
The Body-Solid Leg press is a self-contained leg press that features a 95-kilogram weight stack and a steel frame.
Comfort, variety and safety are central to this leg press.
The leg press has a 2:1 ratio and has a double frame, which reduces the load on your ankles and therefore you experience constant resistance during the exercise.
Because the pressure plate rotates forwards and backwards, you can concentrate your training maximally on your hamstrings, gluteus maximus and/or thighs.
The wide and large pressure plate is suitable for both very advanced and beginners and is provided with an anti-slip layer.
You can secure the weight using the handles on the sides.
This is a professional leg press and features ball bearings for smooth movement.
