Description
The advanced manufacturing process means that the Body-Solid Multigym G3S strength station is fully adjustable for users of all shapes and sizes.
The pressure arms are equipped with multiple handles for a firm and effective load on the chest and shoulder muscles.
You don't have to sit on the floor to perform rowing exercises with the G3S.
You can easily adjust the pressure arms to a mid-row position for an excellent back muscle workout that will significantly increase your flexibility and strength.
In addition, you reduce the pressure on the bottom of the back.
Body-Solid Multigym G3S strength station
Switch quickly and easily between high, mid and low cable exercises with the G3S without having to change cables. Perform lat pulldowns, triceps press downs, biceps curls, ab crunches with resistance and dozens of other exercises with the included attachments. The leg extension and leg curl are fully adjustable so that every user can make optimal use of them.
The thick padded support cushions provide you with maximum comfort. As an extra addition, you can purchase the GLP leg press attachment with a maximum resistance of 190 kg.
