The Body Solid sissy squat guarantees a comfortable training and is the platform for training multiple muscle groups.

The sissy squat is equipped with a non-slip foot plate, comfortable cushions for both the legs and feet and an adjustable cushion for support behind the knee. Due to its adjustability, this cushion is suitable for users from 150 - 210 cm tall. The construction is as you are used to from Body Solid. This makes this model suitable for both home and professional use.
