Het is een prima trainingsartikel, eigenlijk voor het hele gezin, om de stabiliteit en balans van spieren te trainen. De prijs was vergeleken bij andere webshops het laagst en de levering supersnel. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Ik heb deze bosuball gekocht om te gebruiken bij klanten. Met deze bal kan je echt zo veel oefeningen doen. Je kan vooral kracht en balans oefeningen doen. Ik kan deze bal bij elke klant gebruiken, zelf voor oude klanten die weinig kracht hebben is deze perfect! Een 10tje dus :)
