Each dumbbell has a total weight of 41 kg. The great thing about these dumbbells is that you can easily adjust the weight with the integrated dial. Thanks to these easy weight adjustments, you won't need any other dumbbells because the 1090i's grow with you.

The weight of each dumbbell can be easily adjusted to the following kilos:
4, 7, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 27, 30, 32, 34, 36, 39, 40.8 kg.

The different weight levels are adjustable in 2kg or 3kg increments, depending on the level.
