How does it work?
Bowflex has developed a unique system that allows you to easily train at home without the hassle of using free weights. The unique selecttech system allows you to select the weight you want to train with. You can choose from 15 weights.
Suppose you want to train with 17.5lbs per side, you turn the selector to 17.5lbs and lift the dumbbell. You now have exactly the desired weight and the unnecessary (too heavy) weights remain in the stand.
