A unique turning system to set the desired weight

The total weight for each dumbbell is 24kg. You can easily adjust the weight for each dumbbell using the integrated turntable. This means you no longer need other dumbbells and can use these dumbbells for a wide range of different exercises.

You can adjust the weight of each dumbbell to the following weights:
2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 24 kg.

Is 24 kg per dumbbell not enough and do you want to take your strength training even further? Then you can also go for the Bowflex 1090i dumbbells. The 1090i dumbbells go up to over 40.8 kg per dumbbell.

What exercises can you do with the 552i dumbbells?
