The strength of the Boxflex max trainer – maximum calorie consumption in a short time – is mainly achieved by the combined movement. The Bowflex Max Trainer M3 has the leg movement of a professional stepper and uses the arm movement like a cross trainer. However, you also have to bend forward a little more, so that the abdominal muscles are also engaged with the Bowflex Max Trainer.
Fatkiller Burnrate: Burn up to 40 kcal per minute. A very simple display that distinguishes the Bowflex max trainer from all other fitness equipment: a pointer that moves to the right, just like the dashboard in your car, when you accelerate during training.
