The long-awaited Bowflex Dumbbell System selecttech 560i smart 2.3 - 27.2 kg is now finally available in Europe.

The successor to the popular Bowflex selecttech dumbbells tracks all your activities via the free Bowflex 3DT App.

This App keeps track of how long you have exercised, how many kilos you have lifted and how many calories you have burned.

You can connect the dumbbells to the app via a Bluetooth connection.

The set consists of two dumbbells of 27.2 kg each, a standard is optionally available.

The app shows you how many lifts you have done, contains a timer, shows the total number of kilos and also indicates how many calories you have burned. Once you have downloaded the app, you must create a one-time profile and enter some basic information. The app asks you for your name, weight, height and age. By entering this information as correctly as possible, you can see exactly how many calories you have burned per exercise. The total number of kilos is also a nice addition to the app. If you set the weight to, for example, 15 kg and you do 10 x 5 repetitions, the app will show that you have lifted a total of 750 kg, which is quite a bit! Now it is also possible to actually keep track of the number of calories burned for strength training. Until now, this was only possible with cardio training. As is known, strength training has a great influence on the calorie balance (essential for gaining or losing weight).

In addition to keeping track of the data, you can also follow exercises and training. For example, the app offers a '6 Week Challenge', where you receive a list of exercises and explanations every day. If you cannot figure it out with the explanation, you can click on the instructional video to see the exercise in detail. The app has a huge choice of exercises that can be learned with both explanation and instructional video. Your personal diary keeps track of everything you have done. You will also find all your records there, which you can then share with your friends via social media.
