Description
This Christopeit AL-2 ergometer exercise bike has a 9 kg flywheel. This ergometer offers 17 programs: 6 fixed, 4 individual, 4 heart rate controlled, 1 manually adjustable, and 1 Body Fat.
Ideal for monitoring your progress, as you can train in 24 steps of 5 watts. This allows you to train at the correct prescribed level, and the programs build up smoothly without jerky transitions.
The AL-2 from Christopeit has an adjustable saddle (horizontally and vertically) and adjustable handles, so you can adjust your sitting position to your own preference. Equipped with stabilizing feet that ensure a perfectly stable seat. There are a pair of transport wheels at the front, so you can easily move the ergometer.
The 6-window display shows your speed, time, distance, heart rate, wattage, RPM (revolutions per minute), and an indication of your calorie consumption at a glance. Heart rate measurement via the hand pulse sensors on the handles. This means you don't have to switch between different displays, but can just keep training.
