Features:

Full of (new) features, easy to use

The PM5 has many new features and is still easy to use. The monitor starts up and displays results as soon as the flywheel starts turning (Quickstart). The PM5 starts without pressing a button.

Results and Screen Display:

The PM5 displays the following: distance, speed, pace, calories burned, and watts for each workout you do. You can choose from 5 different screen displays: All Data, Power Curve, Bar Chart, Large Display, and Sparring Boot/Sparring Skier.

The PM5's backlight ensures that everything on the screen is clearly visible. It automatically illuminates the monitor when it starts up and will remain illuminated during training.

Wireless Heart Rate Display:

The PM5 supports Garmin ANT+ and Bluetooth for wireless heart rate display. To use this feature, you need a heart rate monitor that supports one of these heart rate systems. Please note that the PM5 works with Bluetooth Smart and not Bluetooth, which is a different technology.

USB Flash Drive Compatible:

The PM5 has two ways of storing training results. On the monitor's memory or with a USB stick (included). The USB stick stores your results and makes them portable. With the free Concept2 Utility software, you can upload the results to your online logbook or transfer your results to your computer.

Only possible with FAT or FAT32 USB ports.

Power generation:

The PM5 uses two 1.5 V alkaline D batteries. During your workout, the monitor uses energy from the flywheel to extend battery life.

Games:

There are days when you could use some extra motivation, or you want a break from your daily routine. Check out the PM5 Games. These are also great for teaching kids and adults. Choose from Fish Game, Darts, Target Training, or Biathlon.

Racing:

The accuracy of the PM5 makes the monitor ideal for races and competitions. With a PM5, you can compete against your teammates or training partners, even if they are not in the same room.

The PM5 supports wired races (machines with PM5 displays that are connected to each other via cables).
