Delivery & Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. At Fitnessgear24, it is possible to have your new fitness equipment and/or accessories delivered in various ways (or pick them up in-store).

If you have any questions about delivery and pick-up, you can find the frequently asked questions here. If the information below doesn't fully answer your question, you can always contact our customer service by phone or email. Of course, you are also welcome to visit our Fitness store in Volkel.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (provided they are in stock). If you place an order after 5:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. In case of a public holiday or another non-working day, packages will be shipped on the next working day.

Keep in mind the processing time of your payment. For example: if you place an order at 4:55 PM and pay with iDeal, you will see on your bank statement that the payment was made at 4:55 PM. However, we still need to process the receipt of your payment, which happens automatically. Your order may arrive slightly later on our system, for example at 5:03 PM. This means your order will not be sent to our warehouse for processing that same day. It will be processed the next working day.

If your order consists of multiple products, it is possible that partial deliveries may occur. If a product is not immediately available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive a tracking code via email. If you have not received the tracking code, please check your spam folder, as the email may have ended up there by mistake. If you prefer to have the products delivered separately, you can indicate this by email, phone, or in-store.

The delivery times listed with the products are:

  • Ordered before 5:00 PM, shipped today
  • Ordered before 5:00 PM, in a box, shipped today
  • In stock, delivery within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery within 2-4 business days
  • Delivery within 2-5 business days
  • Delivery within 3-7 business days

If you have not received any notification from us within a few days after your order, it is best to contact our customer service.

Ordered multiple products?

If you have ordered multiple products, we will ensure that, if possible, everything is delivered to you at once.

To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we use various shipping carriers such as DHL, GLS, and FedEx.

Once your order is packed and shipped, a tracking code will automatically be sent to your email address.

If your order is delivered by DHL, you can track your parcel via DHL tracking.

If your order is delivered by GLS, you can track your parcel via GLS tracking.

If your order is shipped with FedEx, you can track your parcel via FedEx tracking.

Did you not receive a tracking code? It may have accidentally ended up in your spam box. If you cannot find the tracking code in your spam box, please contact our customer service.

Our products are shipped for free from €50, unless stated otherwise.

For orders where you wish to pay via cash on delivery, we apply a fixed cash on delivery fee. The rates depend on the ordered products (above or below 30kg) and are displayed during your order when you choose cash on delivery (payment in cash upon collection).

You are only required to pay the costs for an installation/assembly service up until the point of cancellation.

Our own delivery service operates from Monday to Friday. If you have ordered a fitness device (plus any installation), we will ensure it is delivered during the week.

We strive to deliver your orders within 1 to 2 business days. Sometimes, there might be a delay due to holidays or busy periods with the shipping services. If you have received a tracking code, you can find the most current information about your package there. If you have received a tracking code but have not yet received the order, it is best to wait a few more days, as there may have been a delay with the carrier. If your order has not been delivered after a few days, it is best to contact our customer service.

If you are not home during the delivery, another attempt will be made the next business day to deliver your order. If the delivery is carried out by our own delivery service and you are not home, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery appointment.

Do you live nearby, happen to be in the area, or simply want to visit us? If your order is ready for pickup, you can collect it at our store.

It can very occasionally happen that a product from your order is no longer available and therefore needs to be canceled. In the case of a canceled product, the payment obligation will naturally be voided. If desired, we can look for an alternative together. If you have already paid the amount in advance, the applicable amount will be refunded within the statutory period of 14 days.

There are different types of deliveries possible, namely, delivery of products under 30kg, delivery of products over 30kg, and delivery of products with installation.

You will always receive an email and tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number, please check your spam folder as it may have ended up there by mistake.

Deliveries in boxes under 30kg
Small products that are not too heavy and can be easily transported can be shipped via regular parcel post. Our parcels are delivered by DHL.

Delivery of packages over 30kg
If your order weighs more than 30kg, it will be shipped on a pallet. A pallet delivery will be made by DHL or Sanders Fritom.

Delivery with installation
If you would like your new fitness equipment installed so you can use it immediately, delivery with installation is often possible. We have our own professional installation team that can handle the delivery with installation for you. If installation is required, our planning department will contact you to schedule the delivery and installation appointment.

The delivery of heavier products takes place on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between approximately 08:00 and 16:00. Our planning department will always contact you first by phone or email to schedule the delivery time together with you.

Please take note the shipment can take longer due:

  • Custom handling in the country of arrival
  • Local holidays
  • Strikes or other special events.

Please note: Pallet products (over 28 kg) and large/bulky items are shipped by pallet transport. For these, delivery costs are € 49.50 for The Netherlands and € 69.50 for Belgium (for orders below € 300).
