Have you found the fitness equipment to make your workouts even more challenging and complete? You can easily add them to your shopping cart and place an order with just a few clicks, safely and securely.

If you have any questions about ordering, you can find a large part of the frequently asked questions about ordering here. If you still can't find the answer with the information below, you can always contact our customer service by phone or email. Of course, you can also visit our fitness store in Volkel.

Ordering at Fitnessgear24 is easy, fast, and secure. You can quickly enjoy your new fitness and sports gear. Once you have found the desired products, you can add them to your shopping cart by clicking the order button. A small pop-up will appear where you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout process. Have you found all the products you want? Then you can click on the button to go to your cart.

Step 1: Cart overview

Once you click the "go to cart" button, you will see an overview of your cart. Here, you can see a summary of all the products you have selected. If you'd like to add something else to your order, you can quickly go back to add the desired product to your order.

If you'd like to order multiple quantities of one product, this is also possible. You can specify the desired quantity in the number field. If you accidentally added one or two products too many, you can easily adjust the number down in the same overview.

Note that increasing the desired quantity is only possible if there is enough stock of the respective product. If you'd like to order multiple quantities of the same product, you can also always contact us.

Step 2: Fill in your details

Have you found all the products you want to order? By clicking the "Go to checkout" button, you will be taken to the overview where you can fill in all your details.

Do you already have an account? You can log in directly to make the checkout process easier. If you don't have an account yet, you need to fill in all the fields correctly for a smooth and fast order processing. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

To place your order, the required fields are your personal details, billing address, delivery choice, and payment method.

Have you filled in all the details? You can then click on the "Proceed to payment" button, which will take you to the payment screen. Here, you can select your bank or another option depending on the payment method you chose. You can then complete your payment.

Check your order, did you forget anything?

Before placing your order, make sure you have added all the desired products to your cart. If you've forgotten something, you can still add it to your cart.

Order placed? Yes! One step closer to a healthier and more energetic life.

After placing your order, you will always receive an order confirmation with the ordered products at the email address you provided.

Are you looking for a specific product? You can use our convenient search function. The search function can be found at the top of every page.

By typing your search query in the search field and then clicking on the magnifying glass, you will start a search.

For orders of products weighing under 30kg and/or products where no installation service applies, you will receive an email when your package is handed over to the carrier. If installation service is applicable, this will be clearly stated on the website and on your invoice.

For orders of products weighing over 30kg or products for which our installation service applies, our planning department will contact you to schedule the delivery and/or installation.

Choose your preferred delivery method (or pick up your order)

To get your products quickly, you can choose from one of the following methods:

  • Delivery to your home
  • Delivered by DHL or Sanders Fritom (products over 30kg)
  • Pick up at our location in Volkel (Netherlands)
  • Or personally delivered and installed by our own technicians.

If you would like your order delivered, you can specify this in the shopping cart.

Here you can specify the payment method you would like to use for your order. At Fitnessgear24, it is possible to pay with iDeal, Mastercard / VISA (up to a maximum of €10,000), ApplePay, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery. There are no additional costs associated with the payment methods, except for Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery payments cost €9.95.

For our Belgian customers, it is also possible to pay with Bancontact, KBC, and Belfius if your billing address is in Belgium.

For our German customers, it is also possible to pay via Sofort banking and GiroPay if your billing address is in Germany.

After completing all the steps and placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation in your inbox. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If the order confirmation is not in your spam folder either, check if you entered your email address correctly. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will also automatically receive a tracking code from us by email so you can track the package. If you have chosen delivery with installation, our planning department will contact you to schedule the installation appointment.

Your billing address

To ensure the fastest delivery of your ordered products, it is important that your billing address is entered correctly. If you notice any mistakes in your address afterward, please inform our customer service as soon as possible.

Have you ordered from us before and created an account? You can log into your account and quickly place your next order. Your previously entered details will be automatically filled in by our system.

Don't have an account yet? You can also create an account. Please fill in the fields completely and correctly with the corresponding details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for proper registration and processing.

If you would like to send your orders to a different address, you can also choose: Ship to a different address.

It is possible to place an order by phone with us. To make the process as smooth as possible, it is best to write down the products you want along with the desired quantities beforehand. One of our fitness specialists can then place the order for you.

Once your order has been placed by our fitness specialist, you will receive an order confirmation with the payment details. Once your order is paid, we will send it immediately, or if installation is required, our planning department will contact you.

Please note that it may take a little longer for you to receive your order. If you pay via bank transfer, it may take several business days before we receive your payment. If you would like to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days, it is best to place your order directly on the webshop.

No, it is not necessary to create an account with us.

At checkout, you have two options:

  • Order without an account
  • Order with an account

If you have already created an account or have previously ordered, you can log in with your account. Our system will automatically fill in the relevant fields, such as personal details.

As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we can still make changes to your order. If you'd like to add something or exchange an item (e.g., a size), it is best to contact us directly.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you can still cancel your order. It is best to contact our customer service by phone as soon as possible to inform them of your cancellation.

If you have already paid for your order, the refund will typically be processed within 2 business days, and at the latest within the statutory period of 14 days, to your account number.

We believe it is important that you can shop online safely with us. Therefore, we would like to provide you with some tips to make your online orders even safer:

  • It is better to use a unique password for each login, and never use the same password everywhere. Also, ensure that your passwords do not contain personal information, such as house numbers, postal codes, city, birthdates, etc.
  • Always keep your account details to yourself. Do not share them with others.
  • At Fitnessgear24, we will never ask you to share your password with us.
  • Our emails always end with @fitness24.nl and @sandenshop.com. This ensures that you are always in contact with a Fitnessgear24 employee.
  • If you receive an email and are unsure of the sender's authenticity, you can always email it to our customer service at [email protected]. We will look into it as soon as possible and assist you further. If you have doubts about its authenticity, we advise against clicking on the links in the email.
