At Fitnessgear24, you can pay in various ways, so choose the payment method that you prefer. The most common payment methods are available, allowing you to always pay securely, easily, and quickly. When you place your order online, your payment is immediately processed by the bank, so we can get started on your order right away. You can quickly and securely complete your payment via one of the following payment methods:

This is the most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. You can select iDeal as your payment method in the shopping cart. If you have an account with one of the following banks, you can pay with iDeal: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

To pay via iDeal, follow these steps:

  1. Select the iDeal payment method in the shopping cart.
  2. Click "Checkout" at the bottom right.
  3. You will then proceed to the next step where you can select your bank. Once the correct bank is selected, click "Proceed to payment screen." You will be redirected to the payment screen in your bank's environment.
  4. The payment confirmation for your order will be at the bottom of your order confirmation.
  5. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking code via email so you can track your package. (If you have ordered a larger device with installation on-site, we will contact you for the delivery appointment.)

With a credit card, you can make your purchases safely, quickly, and easily, and pay later. A credit card payment is possible for amounts up to €10,000. To pay with your credit card, select the desired credit card in the shopping cart and follow the steps below:

  1. Select Creditcard / Mastercard / VISA in the shopping cart.
  2. Then click "Checkout" at the bottom right.
  3. Once you click checkout, you can choose which card you want to use, Creditcard or VISA.
  4. After selecting the correct card and clicking "Checkout," you will be redirected to the payment environment.
  5. The payment confirmation for your order will be at the bottom of your order confirmation.
  6. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking code via email so you can track your package. (If you ordered a larger device with on-site installation, we will contact you for the delivery appointment.)

With a bank transfer, you can easily transfer money from one bank account to another. To pay via bank transfer, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Bank Transfer in the shopping cart.
  2. Then click "Checkout" on the right.
  3. Once you have completed the order steps, you will receive an email from us with the invoice and details for the transfer.
  4. Once your payment has been processed, we will ship your products immediately.
  5. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking code via email so you can track your package. (If you have ordered a larger fitness device with on-site installation, we will contact you for the delivery appointment.)

With cash on delivery, you only pay for your order once the delivery person brings it to you. You will pay the outstanding amount directly to the delivery person. This amount must always be paid in cash, so make sure you have the exact amount ready. Please note that an additional fee of €9.95 applies when choosing cash on delivery.

You can also pay by debit card for all your purchases in our store in Volkel. It's safe and easy.

If you would like to view your desired products in the store and pay in cash, that is also possible.

Bancontact is the payment method for Belgian customers. With this payment method, you can easily and securely complete your orders through your own trusted banking environment. Your payment is processed using a card number and expiration date.

If you would like to pay for your order with Bancontact, follow the steps below:

  1. In the shopping cart, choose the payment method "Bancontact".
  2. Then click "Checkout". You will be redirected to the Bancontact payment environment.
  3. Once you have completed the payment, you will be redirected back to the Fitnessgear24 webshop where you will see the payment confirmation.
  4. The payment confirmation for your order will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation.
  5. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive the tracking code by email so you can track your package.
    1. If you ordered a larger fitness device with on-site installation, we will contact you to arrange the delivery appointment.

If you are a customer of one of the following banks, you can use Bancontact:
ABK Bank, Argenta, AXA Bank, Bank J. Van Breda, Belfius, Beobank, BNP Paribas Fortis, bpost bank, CBC Banque, CPH Banque, Crelan, Deutsche Bank, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING Belgium, KBC Bank, Keytrade Bank, Nagelmackers, and VDK Spaarbank.

Sofort banking is a TÜV certified payment method that allows you to pay safely and easily without having to create extra accounts.

If you would like to pay with Sofort, follow the steps below:

  1. In the shopping cart, choose the payment method "Sofort".
  2. Then click on Checkout. You will be redirected to the Sofort payment environment.
  3. Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the Fitnessgear24 webshop where you will see the payment confirmation.
  4. The payment confirmation for your order will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation.
  5. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive your tracking code by email so you can track your package.

Anyone using an Apple product with ApplePay can use this payment method. The great thing about ApplePay is that you do not need to enter payment or card details. You can pay quickly, securely, and easily with Face ID or Touch ID.

Follow the steps below to pay for your order with ApplePay.

  1. In your shopping cart, choose the ApplePay payment method.
  2. Then click on Checkout.
  3. You will then be directed to the screen where you can complete your payment.
  4. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the Fitnessgear24 webshop where you will see your order confirmation.
  5. The payment confirmation for your order will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation.
  6. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive the tracking code by email to follow your package.
    1. If you ordered a larger fitness device with installation at the location, we will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment.

KBC is a widely used payment method among Belgian customers, just like Bancontact and Belfius. With KBC, you can make payments securely and easily from your trusted bank environment.

To pay with KBC, follow the steps below:

  1. In the shopping cart, choose the KBC payment method.
  2. Then click on Checkout.
  3. After clicking Checkout, you will be redirected to the secure KBC bank environment.
  4. Then choose how you want to pay with KBC.
  5. Once your payment with KBC is completed, you will be redirected back to our webshop where you can see the confirmation of your order.
  6. The payment confirmation for your order will appear at the bottom of your order confirmation.
  7. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking code in your inbox.

Have you received a voucher or discount code? And would you like to redeem it? First, add your desired products to the shopping cart. Once you have added the desired products to the cart, you can enter your discount code. In the shopping cart, there is a box called Discount Code. Enter the discount code here and then click on Activate. The discount will then be applied to your total amount.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. If you have returned your entire order, you will receive the amount you paid back to your account.

If you have returned part of your order, we will refund the amount of the returned products excluding the shipping costs. Once we have received your return, we typically process it within 1 to 3 working days, and you will receive an email from us.

If you have requested a refund of your paid amount, you can expect to receive the amount back within a few working days. At the latest, within the legal term of 14 days, but we often complete this faster.

Products where the official seal has been broken cannot be returned. If the issue is caused by Fitnessgear24 or one of our suppliers, we will gladly work together to find a solution.

All prices on Fitnessgear24 include 21% VAT, or 9% for food, and exclude shipping costs. Unless otherwise indicated.

Our business invoices within the European Union are subject to the zero rate. Intra-community delivery is applied. If it is an intra-community delivery, it is best to contact our customer service. Always ensure that you enter your VAT number correctly.
