How can I update my personal information?

Once logged in, click on "My details" in the menu. Here, you can manage and update all your personal information. Have you moved? Has your phone number or email address changed? You can easily update them here. Once you've entered the correct information, click "Save".

Do you order regularly or for business purposes? You can find all your previous orders in the order history.

If you previously created an account and have forgotten or lost your password, don't worry, you can reset your password by requesting a new one through the "forgot password" option.

To reset your password, simply enter your email address and click “Send.” If you haven’t received an email to reset your password, it might have accidentally ended up in your spam folder.

If you want to create an account, it’s important to use a strong password. This will keep unwanted users out of your account. Below are some tips to help you create a strong password:
