Very smooth and challenging, with the Life Fitness exercise bike LifeCycle C1 Go Console you get the extensive cycling training you are used to from the gym.
It's also incredibly quiet, so you can listen to music undisturbed, watch TV or fully concentrate on the goals at hand.
With an adjustable seat and pedals, wireless heart rate monitoring and 13 motivating workouts, the C1 Go has a very professional appearance.

A comfortable workout
The C1 Go brings the quality of the Life Fitness gym equipment to home. The robust steel frame can support a weight of up to 135 kg and meets the needs of even the most demanding users. The comfortable saddle of the C1 Go can be adjusted to 14 different positions so that people of different heights can train very comfortably.
The multiple handlebars of the C1 Go offer a real cycling feeling with sufficient grip. In addition, the C1 Go has self-aligning pedals with straps that keep your feet firmly in place during your workout.
Go Console
The Go console is easy to operate so you have control over your training. On a large, blue-lit LCD display you can continuously see your training data, such as heart rate, calories, distance, etc. You can enter your settings in an instant. The resistance is adjustable in 20 levels, so that even the most experienced athletes are challenged.
The Life Fitness C1 Go ergometer also has 13 training programs for a very varied workout. 5 of these programs are heart rate controlled for a very effective workout. The heart rate measurement of the exercise bike is done via the built-in hand sensors or with the included chest strap. Thanks to the memory, 2 people can save their training profile and view it at any time.

De fiets is snel en eenvoudig in elkaar te zetten, vebind prombleemloos met een Polar hartslag band en tv kijken tijdens het fietsen is ook geen probleem omdat hij zo stil is. Het zadel mag iets meer vulling hebben, maar het is over het algemeen een top fiets!

Ik heb de hometrainer nu 2 maanden in huis (sinds juni 2015), en ik moet zeggen dat het niet helemaal is wat ik er van verwachten. Het zadel is duidelijk niet gemaakt om uren op te zitten en ook het simpele display valt tegen. De bezorging en service van Fitness24 is dan weer wel zoals het zou moeten zijn een een voorbeeld voor veel bedrijven! Toon
