The elliptical stride is long and flat, simulating a natural walking or running motion. The armrests are perfectly positioned. With some machines, you sometimes feel that they are too far away or too close.

The stride on the XC-140 is simply amazing. Another feature we love about the XC-140 is the easy-to-use computer. Its intuitive design allows you to focus on your workout rather than on programming. The multi-color LCD screen displays important information during your workout and provides a clear display of your speed/rpm, distance traveled, elapsed time, theoretical calorie consumption, watts/energy, and heart rate.

The program can remain active in the background while you exercise: "multitasking." In addition to the classics (manual control, programmed runs, endurance training, warm-up, calorie burn, etc.), DKN-Motion also integrates Watt control, Target Heart Rate training, and Personal Coaching.
