The Ergo-Fit 407 MED offers you the opportunity to follow various training programs, one of which is heart rate controlled. Sensors are incorporated into the handlebars that monitor your heart rate. However, it is also possible to train with an optional chest strap. The cardio program makes this exercise bike very suitable for medical use. But this is also a great device to have at home for people who have difficulty walking.
This exercise bike from Ergo-Fit has 77 different resistance levels that you can set yourself from 15 to 400 Watts (in 5 Watt increments). You can therefore determine the level of your training yourself. And to prevent overload, for example in case of physical limitations, the braking power is automatically reduced as you go faster. This way the load always remains the same.
