The Evocardio Air ski Renegade HIIT ASKI100 makes the Nordic skiing style (Nordic Skiing) accessible to everyone.
Nordic skiing makes you stronger, increases your endurance and trains your entire body.
This type of exercise has long been recognized as one of the toughest workouts.
You can use the air ski for the classic skiing technique (alternating with moving your arms and the double stick technique.
The air ski uses very strong cords in its drive system.
These cords are extremely light and stronger than steel, resulting in a system that is smooth and responsive.
The ASKI100 uses the main rowing elements, such as the flywheel resistance and the monitor, but focuses the athlete on the vertical movements and simulates the movements of cross-country skiing. It is generally recognized that this is the toughest workout for the entire body and perfect for endurance. This fitness equipment focuses on the arms, legs and core for a full body workout, adapted to the height and level of the athlete.
