Simple LCD screen:
On the LCD screen you can see the most important data at a glance while you are rowing. It shows data such as: average time of 500 meters, distance covered, rowing strokes per minute, calories burned, wattage per stroke, total number of strokes (during your current workout) and time trained.

There are three programs:
Manual: All functions start counting from zero or display your current values.
Interval: You can choose between preset or custom training/rest times. It is also possible to save these values.
Target: With this program it is possible to set different goals such as: heart rate, rowing strokes, distance, calories or time. The computer runs on batteries and has an intuitive menu with 3 buttons, making the rowing machine easy to operate. The computer starts automatically when you start rowing. This ensures that you can concentrate on rowing and not have to think about the computer.

Suitable for any space:
It is a compact rowing machine due to its dimensions of only 212 x 52 cm. This means that the rowing machine takes up little space, but is still very suitable for users with a body height of up to 200 cm. Because the rowing machine is equipped with a transport roller, it is very easy to move. In addition, it is possible to place the rowing machine vertically, so that it takes up even less space. The four-point ground contact of the frame ensures that the rowing machine is safe and stable during your training. The computer is equipped with batteries, so it does not need to be connected with a plug.
