For the best possible muscle growth and definition, we recommend focusing on one muscle group per day. For example, start with bench presses and then move on to butterfly sets. This way, you can fully train your chest muscles. If you have limited time to train, you can also alternate between antagonistic muscle groups. By focusing on the antagonistic muscles, your other muscles will be stretched. An example of opposing muscle groups is chest/back.

80 kg of pure training weight

The heart of the Autark 1500 consists of a weight stack of no less than 80 kg. The 80 kg is divided over 16 weight plates of 5 kg each. The weight can be easily adjusted using a plug-in pin.

Load capacity of the Autark 1500

The Autark is a nice and solid machine. The machine can handle a maximum of 120 kg. Have you been training hard and are you above 120 kg? Or would you like to lose weight and are you above 120 kg? Unfortunately, this machine is not suitable for you. If you weigh less than 120 kg, you can make good use of this fine machine.

A sturdy and robust frame construction

Thanks to its sturdy and robust construction, the Finnlo 1500 always remains stable and secure, even if you prefer to train with heavier weights. This is due to the stable steel frame construction with 4 mm thick steel tubes on the outside.

In addition, all pivot points are equipped with ball bearings, ensuring perfect and almost silent gliding, even when using a higher weight load.

The dimensions of the Autark 1500 (assembled) are 165x145x215cm. It is important to have sufficient space around the machine, for example for certain exercises. This allows you to train in any direction and gives you plenty of freedom of movement. Therefore, a movement space of 205x266x215cm is recommended.
