Training tips from Finnlo

Before you start your workout, it is always recommended to do a good warm-up first.

Here is a brief explanation for strength exercises.
- Start with a weight that you can repeat 3x20 times
- Take a short break of 60 seconds between exercises
- To work on your strength, it is sufficient to do a workout 2 to 3 times a week. Would you like to train more often? Then it is best to divide the workouts into different muscle groups. For example, divided into upper body and lower body.

Even more exercises with the Cable Column

The Finnlo Autark 6000 comes standard with a Cable Column. This Cable Column has pulleys that can rotate 160° and can be used on one side or both sides. The pulleys are also adjustable to different heights.

With the cable pulleys provided, you can make your workouts even more challenging. For example, try exercises such as standing triceps, standing triceps crunch, low row, band standing incline chest press, band alternate lat pulldown with twist, band pull apart, and much more! This allows you to challenge yourself even more and vary your exercises quickly and easily.

With 100 kg of pure training weight, you won't get bored

The Autark 6000 has a weight stack of over 100 kg! The weight plates are divided into 20 plates of 5kg each. You can easily set the desired weight using the insertable pin. It is not possible to expand the weight stack.

Load capacity of the Autark 6000

This home gym can handle a maximum user weight of 120 kg. If you weigh less than 120 kg, the Autark 6000 is highly recommended and you can use the machine without any problems.

Optimal ergonomic adjustment

The backrest is adjustable so that you always get good support for your back, neck, and chest. Ideal for the perfect ergonomic workout. You can also adjust the height of the seat to your height. The butterfly arms are also adjustable. This allows you to always perform your workouts in a good position.

A sturdy and robust frame construction

The Autark 6000 has a sturdy and solid construction. This ensures that the machine always stays in place, even if you like to train with heavier weights. Because the pivot points are equipped with ball bearings, it offers almost silent gliding, even when using a higher weight load.

When assembled, the dimensions are 190x200x223cm. It is important to keep enough space around the machine for different exercises. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain a movement space of 230x300x223cm. This allows you to train in any direction you want and gives you plenty of freedom of movement.
