Training tips from Finnlo

Before you start your workout, it’s always advisable to do a proper warm-up first.

Here’s a brief guide to strength exercises.
- Start with a weight you can lift 3 sets of 20 times
- Take a short break of around 60 seconds between exercises
- To build strength, it’s sufficient to train 2 to 3 times a week. Would you like to train more often? If so, it’s best to split your workouts across different muscle groups. For example, you could divide them into upper body and lower body.

Even more exercises with the Cable Column

The Finnlo Autark 6000 comes with a Cable Column as standard. This Cable Column features pulleys that can rotate 160° and can be used either individually or together. The pulleys are also adjustable to different heights.

With the cable pulleys provided, you can make your workouts even more challenging. Try exercises such as standing triceps, standing triceps crunch, low row, band standing incline chest press, band alternate lat pulldown with twist and band pull apart, and much more! This allows you to challenge yourself even further and switch between exercises quickly and easily.

With 100kg of pure training weight, you’ll never get bored

The Autark 6000 features a weight stack of over 100kg! The weight plates consist of 20 discs, each weighing 5kg. You can easily set the desired weight using the included插销. It is not possible to extend the weight stack.

Load capacity of the Autark 6000

This home gym can accommodate a user weight of up to 120kg. If you weigh less than 120kg, the Autark 6000 comes highly recommended and you’ll find it ideal for your workouts.

Optimal ergonomic adjustment

The backrest is adjustable so that you always get good support for your back, neck and chest. Ideal for the perfect ergonomic workout. You can also adjust the seat height to suit your height. The butterfly arms are adjustable too. This ensures you can always perform your workouts in the correct position.

A sturdy and robust frame construction

The Autark 6000 features a sturdy and solid construction. This ensures the machine always remains firmly in place, even when you’re training with heavier weights. As the pivot points are fitted with ball bearings, it glides almost silently, even when using heavier weights.

When assembled, the dimensions are 190x200x223cm. It is important to keep sufficient space clear around the machine for various exercises. We therefore recommend allowing a working area of 230x300x223cm. This allows you to train in any direction you wish and gives you plenty of freedom of movement.

Protect your floor with our special floor protection mats

If you’ve just brought your new fitness equipment home, you naturally don’t want to accidentally scratch your floor during your intensive workouts. That’s why we recommend using our special floor protection mats with this equipment. Thanks to the special interlocking design, the tiles stay firmly in place and you can assemble them to create the size you need.

The interlocking tiles are 10mm thick, made from eco-granulate rubber and offer a slight sound-absorbing effect. These mats are suitable for home and light commercial use.

Or opt for the thicker 20mm version. These are also made from eco-granulate rubber and have sound-absorbing properties. The 20mm-thick floor tiles are suitable for heavier commercial use but can also be used effectively at home.

Install them yourself or have them fitted by our expert fitters?

When purchasing the Finnlo Autark 6000 home gym, you have the choice of having it delivered in a box to assemble yourself, or having it professionally installed by our fitters at your preferred location.

I would like to assemble it myself

Your order will be delivered in a box to your front door; you’ll need to assemble it yourself using the clear instructions. Unlike with delivery and installation, in almost all cases you’ll have the machine at home the very next day and can start using it straight away. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation via our system, including a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the delivery of your machine.

I’d like you to assemble it for me

Our fitters will deliver and install your fitness equipment in the location of your choice. You don’t need to worry about assembling, adjusting or testing your fitness equipment; our fitters will take care of this professionally and courteously.

Delivery and installation is an additional service which may incur installation charges. If installation charges apply, these will be listed in the delivery options. Once we’ve received your order, our planning department will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the delivery and installation with you.
