Ik gebruik de rugtrainer om de onderrug te strekken (dus niet voor kosmetische doeleinden), en hiermee de lage rugpijn te verminderen. Apparaat voldoet aan deze verwachtingen. Apparaat is stabieler dan ik verwacht had, en heeft ruim voldoende stelmogelijkheden. Het is erg praktisch dat hij opklapbaar is. Wordt als bouwpakket geleverd, en stond in 10 minuten in elkaar. Doordat het product even niet op voorraad was, duurde de levering 1 week. De prijs is vergeleken met andere aanbieders en soortgelijke rugtrainers erg interessant.
