The First Degree E520 Evolution series rowing machine is the only professional rowing machine designed for fitness clubs. The resistance system is adjustable and very stable. The length of the First Degree E520 rowing machine is only 190 cm.

This belt-driven water rower runs smoothly, cleanly, quietly, and is durable. No chains or lubricants, so no maintenance!

The First Degree E520 Evolution series rowing machine is the improved version of the old E-520. The color of the tank has been changed to the familiar blue, and the quality of the display has been greatly improved by using even better components. The handle has also been redesigned for a better grip.

The interactive monitor displays the time, distance, strokes per minute, calories burned per minute and hour, and the level you are rowing at. Enjoyable training is possible thanks to the 6 interval programs. This First Degree E520 rowing machine features an air-glide seat roller system, which is the most comfortable seating position for any rower on the market. The seat is at "office chair" height, making it easy for any user to get on and off. Optional backrest for extra safety and specific target groups.

A heart rate receiver is included as standard. This is compatible with, among others, a First Degree or Polar heart rate monitor. These heart rate monitors can be ordered separately as an option.
