The X5i's backlit LCD display provides clear and detailed information about your training, such as speed, distance, time, calories and heart rate. This way you can easily track your progress and improve your performance.

With the integrated speakers of the crosstrainer you can listen to your favorite music or podcasts during your training, which creates a motivating and energetic atmosphere so that you can get the best out of yourself.
The integrated fan provides pleasant cooling during your intense training session.

Pedals adjustable in multiple positions
The X5i has adjustable pedals, which allow you to emphasize different leg muscles. By alternating between the three different positions, you train all your leg and gluteal muscles.

Kinomap, iConsole and Zwift
Do you like training with apps? The Perform X5i from Flow Fitness is compatible with iConsole, Kinomap and Zwift, among others. Track your performance on your smartphone or follow lifelike routes from the screen of your tablet. You can of course also read your performance from the LCD screen. Also your heart rate, which you can monitor via the contact sensors in the handles or via an optional Bluetooth chest strap.

The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-chosen routes. The resistance is automatically increased when going uphill and decreased when going downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use the multiplayer mode to compete with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you have gone in your video and what distance you still have to travel. You can also easily connect Kinomap to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you can record all your training sessions in one overview.

To use Kinomap, at least version 5.0 is required for Android devices. iOS requires at least version 9.0.
