The Hammer CrossPace 7.0 NorsK Elliptical cross-trainer is a whisper-quiet, stylish home cross-trainer with a warm wood finish. The NorsK range is all about performance and sustainability. By using wood and fibreboard, plastic use has been reduced by approximately 55% compared to traditional cross-trainers. In the packaging too, polystyrene foam is replaced by paper and cardboard wherever possible. So you’re choosing a fully-fledged training machine with a smaller plastic footprint.

The CrossPace 7.0 offers a smooth, elliptical motion with a stride length of 52 cm and a pedal distance of 13 cm. This feels natural and is gentle on your joints, even if you train for longer periods or use the cross-trainer more often each week.

With the manually adjustable incline angle in 3 positions (2°, 6° and 12°), you can specifically target which muscles work hardest:

• low incline: greater emphasis on the front of your thighs
• higher incline: extra focus on your glutes and hamstrings

Smart training with a 10.1” TFT touchscreen and apps

Assemble it yourself or have it assembled by our expert fitters?

When purchasing the Bowflex 56 treadmill, you have the choice of having it delivered in a box to assemble yourself or having it professionally installed by our fitters at your preferred location.

I would like to assemble it myself

Your order will be delivered in a box to the front door; you will need to assemble it yourself using the clear instructions. Unlike with delivery and installation, in almost all cases you will receive the machine the next day and can start using it straight away. Once your order has been received, you will receive a packing confirmation via our system with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track the delivery of your machine.

I would like you to assemble it for me

Our fitters will deliver and install your fitness equipment at the location where you wish to use it. You don’t need to worry about assembling, adjusting and testing your fitness equipment; our fitters will take care of this in a professional and friendly manner.

Delivery and installation is an additional service which may incur installation charges. If installation charges apply, these will be listed in the delivery options.
