Which exercises do you do with a sandbag?
With the Sandbag Competition you do shouldered carries, cleans, lunges, squats and over-shoulder reps, among others. The seven nylon handles give you a suitable grip position for each exercise. You can also use the bag overhead thanks to the sturdy construction. This way you train your whole body in a versatile way.
Which sandbag weight should I choose?
That depends on your level and your exercises. A lighter bag is handy for building technique and carries, a heavier bag puts more emphasis on strength and explosiveness. For HYROX you choose the weight that matches your competition class. Because the bag comes unfilled, you can also fine-tune the weight yourself.
