The Wall Ball Competition is built to take a lot. The double-stitched PVC shell keeps the ball dimensionally stable, even when you throw it against a target and catch it again repeatedly. The non-slip surface keeps the ball from slipping out variants. This way you prepare specifically for wall ball shots in a race.
Which wall ball weight should I choose?
That depends on your level and goal. A lighter ball helps you master the technique of wall ball shots and do longer sets, a heavier ball puts more emphasis on strength. For HYROX you choose the weight that matches your competition class. Because all weights are the same size, your movement stays the same when you scale up later.
Can I also use the wall ball for slams and squats?
Yes, the Wall Ball Competition is versatile. Besides wall ball shots, you use it for squats, throws and core exercises. The sturdy, double-stitched PVC shell and the even weight distribution make the ball suitable for dynamic full-body exercises. The non-slip surface keeps it firmly in hand.
Is there a separate target available?
Yes, for focused training a matching wall ball target is available separately. With it you keep a fixed throwing height and train under realistic competition conditions. That helps you build a consistent technique. The target is purchased separately, apart from the ball.
