There are a number of targeted training programs in which fitDisplay stores your personal settings and training data so that your progress and successes are optimally documented.

After each workout, you can see your own training parameters in a personally adjustable curve diagram. The fitDisplay app for fascinating training worlds can be downloaded for free from the AppStore or Google Play.

The intuitive (optional) LCD console provides you with real-time feedback so that you always have a good overview of your results. Various training programs make your workout varied and challenging.

And it gets even better: the innovative "Glow Ride" light system takes interval training to a whole new level. The LED light guides you through the different phases of a course and the associated training positions.
