The spinning bike owes its name to two factors. First of all, it was invented by the Spinning brand. However, it is based on the very well-known cycling program called 'spinning.' It is a very intensive way of improving your fitness with the help of a cycling fitness machine. In addition, you are also working on an effective way of burning fat.
