The adjustable seat on the Inspire Cross Rowing Machine CR2.5x makes this rowing machine suitable for people of different heights. The elliptical movement of the seat will be slightly different from what you are used to. Because it is elliptical, it does not only move horizontally like all other rowing machines. The CR2.5x has an extra-large ergonomically designed seat for optimal comfort during your workout.
Programs:
- Manual program: quick start
- Just Row programs: simple workout of 2, 5, or 10 2 minutes
- Interval programs: 20-10 / 10-20 or custom interval. 8 working sets and 7 rest sets.
- With custom, you can choose between 1-20 working sets.
- Target programs: Choose a goal in time, kcal, distance, or strokes.
- Heart rate controlled programs: Choose your own target heart rate or let the CR2.5x determine it for you. If your heart rate differs by more than 10% from your set target heart rate, the display will light up and give a notification.
