With the FT1 power station, you can do more than 50 different exercises. This allows you to train different muscle groups every day of the week for maximum results and means you'll never get bored.

Whether you want to grow by building more muscle mass, develop more strength, increase your endurance, improve your coordination, or work on normal functioning through rehabilitation, the Inspire FT1 makes it all possible.

The easily adjustable pulleys can be adjusted with one hand to more than 30 different positions. This means you can always train in a position specifically tailored to you for optimal results. Another great feature is that the weight stacks work independently of each other. This means you only have to adjust the weight once for certain exercises. It also allows two people to use the strength station at the same time.

There are no less than 75 kg of weights on each side of the machine (146 kg in total), and you can set the desired weight yourself using an easy-to-use plug-in pin. As standard, there are 16 heavy-duty steel weight plates on each side, which you can adjust in increments of 4.6 kg. Want to increase the weight of the FT1? You can add extra weights, sold separately at 2x 22.5 kg.

When designing this adjustable pulley, care was taken to keep the power station as compact as possible, making it perfect for home use. The design also takes into account the positioning of the machine. Inspire has given the machine a special V-shape so that you can place it in a corner of the room without having to keep space free behind it, which is ideal!

Thanks to the solid design and weight of the construction, you don't have to worry about the stability of the machine. It is always super sturdy.

The dimensions of the FT1 (assembled) are 125x137x207cm. The ideal dimensions so that you have space around the device are 200x160x207cm.

What exercises can you do with the FT1 power station?

You can consider the FT1 your own mini fitness club. With the possibility of more than 50 different exercises for arm muscles, abdominal muscles, back, chest, legs, and shoulders, among others. The wide variety of exercises also makes this the ideal machine for rehabilitation training.

Muscle groups and corresponding exercises you can train include:

Arm muscle exercises such as: bicep curls, lying bicep curls, kneeling tricep extensions, tricep extensions, prone tricep extensions, (assisted) pull-ups/chin-ups, and tricep press-downs.

Abdominal exercises such as: cable (twist) crunches, seated/standing trunk rotations, and golf swings.

Back exercises such as: back presses, back flies, lat pulldowns, aerobic, crossover and kneeling rowing, and prone (reverse) back flies.

Chest exercises such as: chest presses, chest flies, pullovers, and pullovers with (twisting) crunches.

Leg muscle exercises such as: stand-up leg curls, calf raises, (single-leg) squats, wide-twisting and jumping squats, as well as front lunges, hip extensions, adductions, and abductions.

Shoulder exercises such as: shoulder presses, lateral arm pulls, upright rows, lateral and front deltoid raises, shoulder extensions, lying front deltoid raises, and front deltoid raises with leg curls.

For some exercises, you may need a bench. The Inspire Maximum Training Bench FT1 is available separately.

Your order will be delivered in a box to your doorstep. You will need to assemble it yourself using the clear instructions provided. Unlike delivery and installation, in almost all cases you will receive the device the next day and can start using it quickly. After receiving your order, you will receive a packing confirmation from our system with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment of your device.
