With the Inspire FT2 power station, you get a very comprehensive and complete strength training machine for your home. This machine combines cable pulleys with functional training and the possibilities of a Smith Machine.

With the Inspire FT2 power station, you can do more than 75 different exercises. This allows you to do different exercises every day of the week and train different muscle groups to achieve maximum results. For example, work your chest muscles and triceps on Monday and your back and biceps on Tuesday.

Whether you want to develop more strength, grow by building more muscle mass, improve your coordination, increase your endurance, or work on normal functioning through rehabilitation, the Inspire FT2 makes it all possible.

The easily adjustable pulleys can be adjusted with one hand to more than 30 different positions. This allows you to always train in a position specifically tailored to you for optimal results. Another great feature is that the weight stacks work independently of each other and can be used separately. This means you only have to adjust the weight once for certain exercises. It also allows two people to use the power station at the same time. The pulleys are adjustable to over 23 positions, from 34 cm to 186 cm.

No less than 150 kg of training weights

There are no less than 75 kg of weights on each side of the machine (150 kg in total), and you can set the desired weight yourself using an easy-to-use plug-in pin. This pin is magnetic for extra safety. As standard, there are 16 heavy-duty steel weight plates on each side, which you can adjust in increments of 5kg. In addition, the two separate weights of 2.5 kg each allow you to increase the weight increment by slightly less than 5 kg at a time. Is 75 kg still too light for your workouts? Then you can expand the weight stacks to 90 kg. The expansion weights are available separately at 2 x 22.5 kg.

A solid design that can take a beating

The frame of the FT2 power station consists of heavy rectangular and round steel tubes. Powder coated so they can take a beating. In addition, it offers maintenance-free operation. Thanks to the sturdy and solid design of the construction, you don't have to worry about the stability of the machine. It is always super sturdy.

The dimensions of the FT2 (assembled with bench) are 222x152x212-223cm. The dimensions when assembled without the bench are 145x152x212-223cm. It is important to have sufficient space around the machine, for example for certain exercises. This allows you to train in any direction and gives you plenty of freedom of movement.

Integrated training options of a Smith Machine

One of the unique features of the FT2 is that this machine offers you the possibilities of a Smith Machine. This means you no longer need to buy an extra Smith Machine or other additional equipment. You can use it to do exercises such as squats, bench presses, rows, seated overhead presses, and drag curls.

The two adjustable pulleys can be connected to the red barbell. This allows you to double the training weight for even more of a challenge.

The integrated Smith Machine works with the weight blocks provided. This means you no longer need separate weights, which is ideal!

The FT2 comes with an adjustable weight bench with leg curl

The Inspire FT2 power station always comes with an adjustable weight bench with leg curl so you can train optimally for maximum results. The leg extension can be used to train your glutes and legs. Want to make your workouts even more challenging? Then you can connect the leg extension conversion kit to the weight blocks of the FT2.

Two water bottle holders, water breaks are a thing of the past

With the two water bottle holders, you always have enough water or sports drink nearby during your workouts. This allows you to train continuously and makes drinking breaks a thing of the past!

Build broader back muscles with the integrated and adjustable pull-up bar

Want broader back muscles? Then the included chin-up bar is perfect for you. With this pull-up bar, you not only train your back muscles but also your arms (biceps, forearms, and triceps), shoulders, and chest.

To fit into rooms with lower ceilings, you can adjust the pull-up bar to various heights so that you always have enough space during your workout. The minimum height is 210 cm and the maximum height is 223 cm.

What exercises can you do with the FT2 power station?

The FT2 power station is one of the most comprehensive strength training machines. With this wonderful machine, you can create your own mini gym at home. The FT2 offers you the possibility to do more than 75 different exercises, including training your arm muscles, abs, back, chest, legs, and shoulders. The wide variety of exercises you can do with this machine also makes it ideal if you need to do rehabilitation training.

The muscle groups you can train with the FT2 and accompanying exercises include:

Arm muscle exercises such as: bicep curls, lying bicep curls, kneeling tricep extensions, tricep extensions, prone tricep extensions, (assisted) pull-ups/chin-ups, and tricep press-downs.

Abdominal exercises such as: cable (twist) crunches, seated/standing trunk rotations, and golf swings.

Back exercises such as: back presses, back flies, lat pulldowns, aerobic, crossover and kneeling rowing, and prone (reverse) back flies.

Chest exercises such as: chest presses, chest flies, pullovers, and pullovers with (twisting) crunches.

Leg muscle exercises such as: stand-up leg curls, calf raises, (single-leg) squats, wide-twisting and jumping squats, as well as front lunges, hip extensions, adductions, and abductions.

Shoulder exercises such as: shoulder presses, lateral arm pulls, upright rows, lateral and front deltoid raises, shoulder extensions, lying front deltoid raises, and front deltoid raises with leg curls.

For some exercises, you may need a bench. An adjustable weight bench with leg curl is included.
