The Inspire M1 multi-gym black is a home fitness machine equipped with a 75 kg weight stack with six pulleys.

It also features an adjustable seat with six different backrest positions and a horizontal position for standard bench presses.

The M1 offers the possibility to perform more than 30 exercises that are perfect for a full body workout.

This compact home gym can be placed in almost any corner and is comparable to equipment that you would normally only find in gyms.

The Inspire M1 has 6 independent pulleys (ratio 1:2) that allow you to perform iso-lateral training. This means that both sides of the body must work equally to complete a certain movement. This contributes to the balanced development of all muscles and improves mobility and coordination. The low pulleys are used for shoulder presses, bicep curls, lateral raises, and more. In combination with the bench, you can also train your quadriceps and hamstrings by standing on the bench. Chest presses can be performed from the lower positions by setting the bench to the flat position. The mid pulleys are used for chest exercises (flat, incline, and decline positions), among other things. Pectoral flys from any angle can replace a fixed press arm. Adjust the backrest of the bench for support during seated rows. The high pulleys are for lat pull downs, abdominal crunches, triceps push downs, biceps and triceps exercises, and cross the handles to train the shoulders (rear delts).
