The Inspire SF5 is a Functional Trainer and Counter-Balanced Smith Machine in one.
With two weight stacks of 73 kg each, you no longer need to change weight plates to perform your exercises. Each pulley has a 2:1 weight ratio. Is this not enough for you? With the Smith Machine, you have the option to double this weight and use both weight stacks at the same time, allowing you to lift up to 146 kg!

Weight multiplier so that strong lifters can also use both the Functional Trainer and the Smith Machine. Store your weights. The SF5 is equipped with two handy storage racks for your kettlebells and weights. This way, they don't have to be lying around in your gym and you always have them available at the right height. Each rack can hold either four kettlebells or four sets of dumbbells. Handy!

Unique accessories
The multi-grip pull-up bar with a ribbed surface for more grip is a handy feature in itself. The SF5 takes it a step further by adding two red climbing handles as standard. This gives pull-ups and chin-ups a whole new dimension. Do you find doing 1 pull-up a bit too difficult? The SF5 is equipped with handy pegs for attaching resistance bands so you can easily use a little extra support. You can also use the included chin/dip belt. Attach it to both pulleys so you can pull up with a counterweight.

Double the weights
The Smith Machine is equipped with a weight doubler. With a simple movement on the side of the pulley, you can easily double the weight so that strong users can also use this functional trainer.
