The set consists of two dumbbells with four screws. This together weighs 10 kg. The handles are chrome-plated.
Also included in this set are 24 2.2kg weights and 4 1.1kg weights.
The included rack is very compact and strong. The dimensions of the rack are 37 x 48 x 66 cm.
Upgradation to 54 and even 74.8 kg per dumbbell is possible!
