The lower pulley of this home gym has an adjustable leg extension for additional training options. The backrest is adjustable and can be adapted for rowing training. The seat of the Kettler Kinetic F3 can be adjusted in height to get the position in which you train most comfortably.
The butterfly is adjustable with an eccentric technique and can be switched for seated bench presses. The leg curler is adjustable and, like the butterfly, can be loaded from 5 to 80 kg. In short, the Kinetic F3 is a compact power center for flexible strength training in 2 m2.
