The thick padding of the seat ensures a comfortable sitting position. And thanks to the cable drive, magnetic braking system, extended rails, and 10-level resistance adjustment, you are guaranteed a realistic rowing motion.

With 15 levels, 12 training programs, and 4 pulse-controlled training programs, the Kettler Coach E offers a wide variety of exercise options. For example, use the fitness recovery function for rehabilitation exercises or to train specific parts of the body.

For even more variety, you can use the included fitness board (50 x 30 cm) to train while lying down.

After training, you can easily fold up the Kettler Coach E rowing machine. During exercise, the Coach E measures 206 x 53 x 67 cm (LxWxH). When folded, it measures just 80 x 55 x 135 cm.

The large LCD display of the Coach E training computer shows the number of watts, maximum performance, time measurement, number of strokes made, stroke frequency, total distance covered, your energy consumption, and your pulse or heart rate.
